Heated power vinyasa class set to energetic music, practitioners will be challenged beyond their perceived limitations to explore and learn about themselves through fun and engaging yoga flow that will increase strength and flexibility, all levels!
During Yin to Flow practitioners will start with a juicy yin practice to loosen fascia and calm the mind, then will transition into vinyasa that will get you flowing and feeling! All levels are welcome, teacher and prop assisted. Get your yin and yang practice all in one class! Class will start warm and the heat will grow as you move more.
In this 30 minute class you will have the opportunity to drop into guided meditation, pranayama exercises, and sound from drums, chimes, and/or chakra bowls. Deepen your yoga practice by learning a variety of different meditation and breath techniques each week.
Warm studio, gentle flow yoga, this class is great for beginners to learn more about the postures and get acquainted with the studio, and great for practitioners looking for a slower flow, classes will include more detailed alignment queuing and are for all levels.

Yin yoga is a deep stretch class focused on the lower body. Yin poses lengthen fascia through long supported holds (up to 5 min). This individualized anatomy-centered yoga practice is for all levels, and is teacher and prop assisted. We offer blocks, towels, blankets, and sandbags to bring you deeper into each pose.
